For the first time, and until 2032, government fleets/entities can qualify to receive a payment for investing in new, used, and commercial clean vehicles—including all-electric vehicles (EVs), plug-in hybrid EVs, fuel cell EVs—and EV charging infrastructure through the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 and implemented by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
